John Song and I are taking a class about the history of the Renaissance. Here's an intellectual conversation we had the other day:

Alex: Hey, you know what? The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were all named after painters and artists of the Italian Renaissance.

John: Yeah, that's what I meant to tell you in class.

Alex: Hahaha... So in a sense, the Ninja Turtles are Italian... Hmmm... Do you think it's a coincidence that the Ninja Turtles like pizza?

John: Dude, I didn't think about it that much...

Dang, I'm so insightful...and Splinter was definitely a very cultured rat.
